Phoenix Professional Services provides time sensitive property inspections and loss control surveys to our customers. This is accomplished through Independent Contractors performing on-site non-invasive, unbiased, in-person visual inspections of residential and commercial properties. Each inspection requires an assessment of the property to determine the condition and/or hazards that exist at the time of the inspection.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience conducting in-person visual inspections of residential and commercial properties and/or related experience or professional certifications
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing
- Capable of uploading documents and completing reports online
- Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
Minimum Required Equipment and Tools:
- Windows based PC (800Mhz or higher)
- Color monitor (800 x 600 or higher resolution)
- Internet Explorer 11 or higher
- Inkjet or laser printer
- Digital camera capable of taking photos horizontally
- High-speed internet connection
- Measuring wheel
- Measuring Tape

* Compensation is on a per-report basis
* Work volume may be part-time or full-time
based on the business volume in a defined
territory
